Bach Flower Remedies

The 38 Bach flower remedies were first created by Dr. Edward Bach. They are prepared by exposing flower petals, floating in a bowl of spring water, to strong sunlight for several hours. The water is then poured into small bottles which have been half filled with brandy. The Bach remedies are taken by ingestion. Using Bach remedies will restore an emotional imbalance within the patient which will then improve their physical health. The Bach remedies are chosen through an assessment of the patient’s attitudes, habits, emotional and physical state, and personality.
